Oscar Was unbelievably thorough, as first time home buyers we were nervous about buying an older house as our first home. Oscar looked over the home top to bottom. He found a wire that was grounded to the fuse panel and let us know that it needed to be fixed immediately. He also had his drone out to inspect the roof and the chimney. His inspection really put our minds at ease. Question were welcome and he showed me things along the way, I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

He started off with flying a drone over our roof then moving to the out side, basement, garage and upstairs.I consider my self to be a very technical person but when wrapped up in a first home purchase he was great to have on site to ask questions. He’s also great after the inspection.
