I would recommend Rene's services, and would absolutely call him if we needed a home inspection again Rene communicated clearly with us before, during, and after our inspection. He was thorough and took the time to walk us through his observations, helping us prioritize any repairs. He was knowledgeable and able to discuss new products and options, and how they might work or not for our home. His report was detailed and comprehensive. Jim was very professional he took the time to look at everything making his notes on his findings. After looking through everything he then went through the house explaining what he found that was not quite right and what repairs would be required. He took the time to answer all our questions as well as giving us information we never thought of like where the furnace filter was located
